- If there is a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services due to reasons on our end.
- If a refund request is made within 7 days of payment and work has not yet commenced.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- SEO, PPC, and social media marketing campaigns once they are live.
- Paid advertising budgets spent on third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Content creation, website development, and design services once work has started.
- Any customized digital marketing strategy or consultation service that has been provided.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Send an email to digitalpraveen.in@gmail.com with your order details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting information.
- Our team will review your request within 7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel ongoing services with a written request, but refunds will only be issued based on the eligibility criteria above.
- Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to reach out to our support team first. We will do our best to resolve any concerns before initiating a refund process.
