• Website, software, CRM, and mobile app development.
• YouTube optimization and e-commerce marketplace (Amazon/Flipkart) seller account management.

Our role in account recovery matters is limited to auditing, advising, and submitting appeals or compliance documentation on your behalf, in accordance with the relevant platform's own policies. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, decisions made by Google, Meta, or any other third-party platform.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Account suspensions, disables, and ad restrictions are ultimately decided at the sole discretion of the platform in question (e.g., Google, Meta). While we apply our expertise to maximize the likelihood of a successful appeal, we make no warranty or guarantee that any specific account will be restored, reinstated, or unrestricted. Service fees, where applicable, compensate us for the audit, remediation, and appeal work performed — not for a guaranteed result.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your account, business, and the issue you need help with.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to grant us access to any account, platform, or system we are asked to work on.
• You agree not to use our Services to circumvent platform policies for fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you choose to share with us.

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees, where applicable, will be communicated to you before work begins. Payment terms, timelines, and any applicable taxes will be specified in your project confirmation or invoice. Refunds, where eligible, are governed by our Payment & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Digital Praveen unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission. For custom development projects (websites, apps, software, CRMs), ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Praveen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Services, including any platform's decision to suspend, restrict, or decline to reinstate an account.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services relate to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and Flipkart. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to these companies unless explicitly stated. All trademarks referenced on this Site belong to their respective owners.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services to any client who provides false information, requests unlawful assistance, or violates these Terms, with or without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
